If the fixed December menu is not selected and the table wishes to join us a la carte a flat fee of £30/head will be applied in the parameters outlined above.

Short notice cancellations outwith December:
Table of 1-4 – 24 hours
Table of 5-6 – 48 hours

Tables of 5 or over are subject to a discretionary 10% service charge.
Please note that we do not accept bookings for drinks.
All tables are subject to a no-show/late cancellation policy. £25 per person is charged upon failure to show up for your scheduled reservation, or for short notice cancellations. For details of short notice cancellations please see below.
Charges will be taken from the stored card within 30 days. All data is stored by a third party in line with GDPR regulations.
Event reservations require 7 days cancellation notice for ticket/deposit refunds.
Card details will not be charged when diners show up for their reservation as scheduled.
If you have an allergy please provide as much information as possible when booking, indicating clearly the severity of the allergy and any other details that you may deem essential for our knowledge in order to prepare your food appropriately and safely. Our kitchen offers a multitude of products including peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with dietary allergies. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
Please contact hello@fivemarch.co.uk or call the restaurant on 0141 573 1400 to indicate your request for a refund. Items must be returned along with a receipt of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded.
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly to Five March for a refund. We do not currently offer an exchange service.
Postage will be deducted from the total refund. Items returned must be returned at the expense of the buyer, sent via recorded delivery to the address below. Be sure to keep hold of a copy of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it it reaches us.
Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return.

Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All Gift Vouchers must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued.
When making a reservation/booking the booking must be made in advance & the voucher number must be quoted.
The actual gift voucher must be presented on arrival.
Any reservation made using this certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy. Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.
Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others – by printing the voucher once and by closing down the web page immediately once printed. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only.
All bookings are subject to availability and change.
Gift Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date.
When using this gift voucher, you must call and make a reservation quoting the voucher number.
On arrival, please present the gift voucher for validation. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher is not presented.
Pre-booking with your gift voucher reference number is essential for everything except the monetary vouchers.
All website payments are processed securely by PayPal, no private information is held by Five March.

For reservations taken through ResDiary software, your data will only be stored in your local country, jurisdiction or lawful location. ResDiary data is stored securely in data centres managed by Microsoft Azure.

We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information relevant to you. We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent.
